Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of your agreement with Tolinks. It lists what you may not do on Tolinks, whether on your profile, in your links, or through your account. It works with our Terms of Service.

You may not use Tolinks to:

Break the law. Post or link to content that is illegal in India or the jurisdiction of your visitors (including unauthorized copyrighted material, regulated goods, or illicit services).
Infringe rights. Use someone else's trademark, copyright, identity, or likeness without permission, or impersonate a person or organization.
Spam or deceive. Run scams, phishing pages, cloaked or misleading links, fake stores, or coordinate spam from your account.
Harm people. Post harassment, hate speech, threats, nude or sexual content involving minors, or anything that exploits or endangers others.
Spread malware. Link to or host viruses, credential stealers, or other malicious software.
Abuse the platform. Scrape, overload, or attempt to breach Tolinks; circumvent plan limits; or resell access without our permission.
Target minors unsafely. Direct age-inappropriate or data-collecting content at users under 18.

Enforcement

We review reports and automated signals and may, depending on severity: remove content, warn you, suspend your page, or terminate your account. For copyright issues we follow the process in our DMCA / Copyright Policy. We may report unlawful conduct to the appropriate authorities.
