Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are the agreement between you and Tolinks for using our link-in-bio platform at tolinks.in. They cover who can use Tolinks, what you can and can't do, how billing works, and what happens if things go wrong. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Cookie Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Tolinks. If you're between 13 and 17, you may use the service only with verifiable parental or guardian consent. By signing up you confirm you meet this requirement.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for everything that happens through your account. Notify us at support@tolinks.in right away if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not register an account in someone else's name or use a username that infringes another person's rights.

The service and plan limits

Tolinks lets you create a public profile page, add links and social accounts, customize its look, and view analytics. Free and paid plans have different limits (number of links, themes, analytics history, and other features), which are described on our Pricing page and may change as we ship new features. We may moderate or take down profiles that violate the Acceptable Use Policy.

Your content

You own the content you publish on your Tolinks page. By using the service you grant Tolinks a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content solely to operate and promote the service (for example, rendering your public page and, where you opt in, featuring public examples). You're responsible for having the rights to everything you post, and for ensuring it complies with applicable law and our Acceptable Use Policy.

Paid plans and billing

Paid plans are billed through Razorpay on a recurring cycle (monthly or annual, as you choose at checkout). Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclude applicable taxes, which are added at checkout. By subscribing you authorize Razorpay to charge your chosen payment method on each cycle until you cancel.

We may change plan prices, but we'll give you at least 30 days' notice before a new price applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.

Refunds and cancellation

Our refund and cancellation terms are spelled out in full in the Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy. In short: new upgraders get a 7-day money-back guarantee on their first paid upgrade, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and there are no cancellation fees.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Tolinks lawfully and not to post abusive, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content. The full list of prohibited conduct is in the Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of this agreement.

Intellectual property

Tolinks, its name, logos, design, and software are owned by Tolinks or its licensors. These Terms don't give you any rights in our trademarks or code. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

Third-party links and services

Your page may link to external sites, and Tolinks itself integrates third parties (authentication, payments, email, hosting). We're not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of those third parties, and your use of them is at your own risk and under their terms.

Disclaimers

Tolinks is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that analytics figures will be perfectly accurate. See the Disclaimer for more.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tolinks won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't legally be excluded (for example for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Tolinks against claims and losses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

Termination

You can stop using Tolinks and delete your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or if we're required by law. On termination your public page is taken down; your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. We'll post the new version here with a fresh date and, for material changes, email you or notify you in-app. Continued use after the change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. You and Tolinks agree to first try to resolve any dispute informally by contacting support@tolinks.in. If we can't resolve it, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. (EU consumers retain any mandatory consumer protections of their home country.)
