DMCA & Copyright Policy
Last updated: July 14, 2026
Tolinks hosts user-generated content, so we follow a notice-and-takedown process. If you believe a Tolinks page infringes your copyright, send a takedown notice; if content was removed in error, the owner can send a counter-notice. This policy supports safe-harbor protection and works with our Acceptable Use Policy.
Designated agent
Email our copyright agent at dmca@tolinks.in. Include "DMCA" in the subject.
Takedown notice (copyright owner)
Send a message with:
- Your name, address, phone/email, and (if acting for someone) your relationship to the rights holder.
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on tolinks.in where it appears.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you're authorized to act.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We'll acknowledge receipt, remove or disable access to the material, and notify the page owner.
Counter-notice (page owner)
If you believe content was removed by mistake or misidentification, send to dmca@tolinks.in:
- Your name, address, phone/email.
- The material removed and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
- Consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court (or your local federal court if outside the US).
- Your signature.
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files suit within 10–14 business days.
Repeat infringers
We terminate accounts that are repeat copyright infringers, as required to maintain safe harbor.
